GreenFingers Project:

"First Steps towards Employment"

GreenFingers is a micro-economic development project and "First Steps Towards Employment" program created by EarthLinks to benefit homeless and low-income persons. Participants grow plants in our GreenFingers Peace garden, & then use the garden’s abundance to create products available for sale. These participants earn a modest wage, acquire job skills, enhanced socialization, higher self-esteem, & an opportunity to appreciate natural beauty and enjoy a sense of accomplishment.
