The days have gotten shorter and colder, and the Peace Garden is closed for the winter, but that doesn’t mean we can’t keep producing fresh, organic vegetables here at EarthLinks! For the first time, we’ve decided to try raising veggies over the winter with cold frames. (A cold frame acts like a sort of mini greenhouse, keeping the plants warm and happy even when it snows!)
